B2O hired me as a creative consultant to support the Latin American communications efforts of Resilient Cities Network (RCN), an international initiative helping cities prepare for shocks and stresses in a post-COVID world. Most of this work is under NDA.
First Project
My work began by designing a full brand system for RCN’s LATAM chapter. I created the official brand book covering visual identity, color, typography, layout rules, and video styling. This document set the foundation for all future content and enabled their internal teams to maintain consistency across regions.
With the brand identity in place, I edited a recap video summarizing key achievements from Latin American cities. The video was showcased at high-level conferences and shared internally with mayors, city reps, and global partners. Its success led to a second, larger collaboration.
After the success of the first video, I was re-contracted to lead the content and production strategy for RCN’s partnership with Visa. This involved working with high-level city leaders to capture video interviews and masterclass footage remotely.
I directed the entire production pipeline, creating documentation to help CEOs and officials record from their offices using basic setups (phone, lights, mic). I coordinated multilingual timelines, adapted voiceovers, and handled all editing and compositing.
This second video premiered at a closed-door CEO summit and served as a masterclass on resilience in urban infrastructure, showcasing the impact of Visa’s digital tools in Latin America.
